Vale National Certification for PDR TechniciansVale National has been training the insurance industry in automotive estimatics for nearly 60 years. In 2003, they developed a program to test the skills of PDR technicians using a high-tech imagery computer that inspects the repaired area of a vehicle for trace flaws. The program was developed in order to help the public and the insurance industry discern between quality technicians and those who aren't up to standard.
